Chipta 11a “Borneo Traces” – 10% Discount Dinner Voucher

Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Entitlement
This voucher entitles the holder to 10% off the total food bill before tax during dinner service at Chipta 11a. Not applicable for drinks items
2. Validity Period
The voucher is valid from 6th May 2026 until 30th June 2026
Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
3. Redemption Timing
Valid for dinner service only. Not applicable for lunch, special brunches, or private daytime events.
4. Reservation Requirement
Prior reservation is required. Guests must inform the team of voucher usage at the time of booking.
5. Presentation of Voucher
The original voucher (physical) must be presented before payment to be eligible for redemption.
6. Non-Stackable Offer
This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, set menus, or special offers unless otherwise stated.
7. Exclusions
The discount applies to food only and excludes beverages, taxes, service charges, and special seasonal menus (e.g. festive, guest chef, collaboration menus).
8. One Voucher Policy
Only one voucher may be used per table per visit.
9. Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable
This voucher is not redeemable for cash, not refundable, and not exchangeable for other services or products.
10. No Partial Redemption
Any unused value or discount will be forfeited. No extensions or replacements will be issued.
11. Lost or Damaged Vouchers
Chipta 11a is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
12. Right of Refusal
Management reserves the right to refuse redemption if the voucher is deemed invalid, altered, or misused.
13. Amendments
Chipta 11a reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
